01. How to find my transfer / driver after arriving to Faro Airport?
As you leave the Faro Airport luggage collecting area your designated driver will be standing in the passengers arrival corridor holding a sign with our company logo. To confirm your identity present the driver your booking voucher that will be sent to the email address you specify in the online booking form. 02. Are the Faro Airport transfer prices per transport or per person?
All prices shown in this website are final and per taxi transfer vehicle, not per person. When selecting the private taxi passengers capacity you must count both adults and children / babies. If you choose a two way taxi transfer - for arrival and departure flights - the price is always twice the initial one and the total price for your Faro Airport transfer request will be automatically updated during the booking process.
03. How can I pay for my Faro Airport transfer?
When booking you can choose to pay later in cash to the driver - Euros only - or you can choose to pay online through the PayPal secure online system, either with your credit card or PayPal account - after finishing your booking you will be presented with the instructions for the secure checkout. 04. How to know if my transfer is confirmed and that a driver will be there?
Simple. After submitting your booking our online reservation system will automatically process your transfer request for availability and issue a confirmation voucher on your behalf with all your Faro Airport transfer details and instructions. Normally this process takes seconds to complete and a corresponding vehicle and driver will be automatically assigned for your request. The booking voucher will be sent to your specified email address and you must present it to driver on the transport day to confirm your identity.
05. The transfer was confirmed but I did not receive the voucher by email. What to do?
Sometimes the email containing your booking voucher can take more time to arrive depending on momentarily network delays. If you feel to have waited long enough and you're certain to have typed your email address correctly in the booking form, start by checking if the email inadvertently went to your spam box. If none of this works and you suspect that it's a problem on our side please contact us directly to report the situation - we will assist you from there.
06. How can I cancel or make amendments to my Faro Airport transfer reservation?
To cancel your transfer use the cancellation link in the booking voucher that was sent to your email address and follow the simple instructions.
To make amendments to your transfer details you must first cancel your previous reservation and then submit another booking on this website with the correct information.
Online payments refund policy: if you cancel your Faro Airport transfer you will be refunded within a week for the total amount paid.
07. What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?
No need to worry. We always check your flight status directly with Faro Airport control and will wait until your flight arrives at no extra charge.
08. Do you provide baby seats / children booster seats / infant carriers?
Yes. The seats are free of charge and they must be requested in the optional "Children Safety" section in the online booking form. When choosing this option you should also specify the respective ages so we can provide the most adequate equipment.
09. How much luggage can I carry? What is your luggage policy?
Each passenger is expected to carry no more than two standard size luggage items, including golf bags. If you're carrying extra or special luggage please don't forget to mention it on the "Special Remarks" field in the booking form so we can make the necessary arrangements and provide you with a suitable vehicle - no extra charge!
10. Can I carry pets in the transfer vehicle? What is your animal transportation policy?
You can carry pets or other animals in our transfer vehicles at no extra cost as long as they are in proper carrying boxes. The box containing the animal will always be accommodated in the back of the vehicle together with your luggage. For that reason you must notify us in the "Special Remarks" field of the booking form that you'll be carrying animals so we can provide a transfer vehicle with an open luggage space on the back.
11. I need a Faro Airport transfer for the present day. Can I book it online?
No. We only accept online bookings for the next day or later - local time (UTC/GMT).
For "last minute" transfers you must contact us directly. Please note that we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled and an urgent service tax may be applied to your final price.
12. Are the passengers and luggage insured?
Yes. All passengers and their luggage are insured during the Faro Airport transfer.
13. Is the Faro Airport transfer direct or do we stop en-route?
Direct. All our Faro Airport transfers are private and door-to-door. We do not operate as an airport shuttle transportation service - we provide transfers for your party only.
